WestoverMen – Using our Power for Good
WestoverMen is a loose-knit organization that does not schedule formal meetings.  The organization exists to provide ‘manpower’ for Westover Hills and outreach to the community.  Former leaders call the group together for various projects and events.  They oversee the Farmers Market from May through September, prepare the 5th Sunday Brunches and provide set-up muscle for the Westover Hills Presbyterian Women annual Treats and Treasures Sale, as well as other activities.  Income derived from Farmers Market vendor fees is used for church projects, mission work and other non-budgeted maintenance expenses, like carpet cleaning and providing funding for first-day- of-school clothing for the children of Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services.
